I’m interested in helping make the attendee check-in and registration experience organized, welcoming, and efficient.

Why I’m a good fit

I’m comfortable working with people, following processes carefully, and handling tasks where accuracy and organization matter. I can stay calm in a busy environment, communicate clearly with attendees, and help resolve issues quickly when something doesn’t go as expected.

For the registrations team, my focus would be simple: keep the process smooth, make attendees feel welcome, and make sure small problems do not become delays.

What I can contribute

I can support attendee check-in, registration verification, queue management, badge or material distribution, basic attendee queries, and coordination with the rest of the volunteer team.

I understand that registration is often the first interaction an attendee has at an event, so I would aim to make that first experience quick, clear, and welcoming.
